Using this website
This website introduces Milah Muse & Co. and its creative, content and photography services. Viewing a preview or sending an enquiry does not create a booking. No online purchase or booking facility is currently available.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or copy material beyond the permission granted by its rights holder.
Quotes and service agreements
Before you commit, a written quote or agreement should identify the parties, service scope, dates and location, price and any applicable tax, payment schedule, deliverables, delivery expectations, usage rights and relevant cancellation terms. Ask for clarification of anything missing. A booking should be treated as confirmed only when both parties agree to its terms in writing and meet any clearly disclosed confirmation requirements.
These general terms supplement, rather than replace, that agreement. Any service-specific variation must be transparent and agreed before it applies. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any conflicting term.
Creative work and cooperation
Creative style should be discussed using an agreed brief and relevant examples. Portfolio previews illustrate a style; they are not a promise that every venue, subject or result will be identical. Milah Muse & Co. remains responsible for the care and quality required by the agreement and applicable law.
Clients should provide accurate instructions, timely feedback, reasonable access and any necessary venue or participant permissions. Changes to scope, extra work, travel costs or revised dates should be priced and agreed before additional charges are incurred. No fixed revision allowance or delivery deadline is implied here.
Safety and disruptions
Neither party should be expected to work in unsafe or unlawful conditions. If illness, weather, venue restrictions or another disruption affects the service, the parties should promptly discuss safe alternatives, rescheduling, any completed work and a fair refund where appropriate.
A disruption does not automatically entitle the business to keep all payments or excuse every obligation. Any adjustment must be proportionate and respect applicable consumer rights.
Consumer protection and disputes
South African law applies where relevant, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), and POPIA. Rights to fair terms, appropriate service quality and applicable remedies or cooling-off rights are not excluded.
Raise concerns with shamilah.titus01@gmail.com or 078 226 6744, describing the service and outcome requested. The parties should try to resolve concerns fairly, without preventing either party from approaching a competent regulator, consumer body or court. No blanket waiver of liability or statutory rights is imposed.
Updates
Future website terms may be updated with a revised date. Changes should not retrospectively alter an agreed booking without the client’s agreement. These pages are general information and provisional terms for owner review, not legal advice or a guarantee of legal compliance.
