Payment & Refund Policy

Last updated:

There is no active checkout or online payment facility on this website. The agreed quote or invoice should state the total price, currency, any applicable tax, what is included, accepted payment methods and due dates. No specific payment method, VAT registration status or deposit amount is established by this page.

Do not send card details by email or in an enquiry. Verify any payment instructions or unexpected change of banking details directly with the business using its published contact details.

If a deposit is agreed, the quote should explain its purpose, amount, due date and how it is credited to the total. A deposit is not automatically forfeited on cancellation; the reasonable-charge and statutory-rights principles in the Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy apply.

Additional work or costs should be approved before being charged. No automatic late-payment fee or interest rate is introduced by this policy. Any such term would need lawful, advance disclosure and agreement.

Refunds should be assessed for overpayments, services not supplied, cancellation balances after a lawful reasonable charge, or another remedy required by law. Where applicable, the CPA’s service-quality protections may provide for correction of a defective service or a reasonable refund, taking the circumstances into account.

Personal preference alone does not settle whether a service met the agreement, but neither does a creative-service label remove consumer protections. Explain any concern so the agreed brief, service delivered and appropriate remedy can be considered.

Contact shamilah.titus01@gmail.com with the booking or invoice reference, payment date, amount and reason for your request. Share only information needed to locate the transaction; never send full card credentials. You may also call 078 226 6744.

Proposed approach: acknowledge the request promptly, explain the decision and any deductions, and communicate an expected payment date once the refund is approved. No fixed business processing period is confirmed. Refunds should be made without undue delay, subject to any shorter statutory deadline that applies, using an agreed secure method, preferably the original payment channel where feasible.

Where an electronic transaction falls within ECTA section 44 and is not excluded by section 42, a consumer may have a seven-day cooling-off right; for services the period runs from conclusion of the agreement. Where section 44 requires a refund, it must be made within 30 days of cancellation. Applicability and exceptions depend on the transaction, including some services begun with the consumer’s consent and certain date-specific services.

This website does not itself accept electronic purchases. A later agreement reached electronically may still require an ECTA assessment. No provision here limits applicable CPA, ECTA or other statutory cancellation, refund or dispute rights.
